



We have said elsewhere in this site that as important as any 'deal' that you get when ordering business supplies and services is the Service Support that goes with it.
Whilst we believe that we do offer highly competitive pricing for all of our services, be it Telecoms, Office Equipment, IT, Photocopiers, Faxes or Printers we do not try to be the cheapest. We supply hardware at minimal profit but the service charges reflect the quality of back up that you should expect.
We have a few principals that we work to when offering our services.
We will only supply our products where we can give an ongoing Service Support; those areas may be subject to change so if in doubt please call us.
If we cannot offer Service on equipment personally we will initiate support from manufacturers, their agents or suitably qualified organisations.
We will change a competitive fair price within the market sector.
Customer care and satisfaction is a high list priority for us.
With some of our office products, particularly photocopiers an ongoing service agreement is compulsory. The reason for this is that many customers are under the misapprehension that all equipment comes with a 12 month warranty. The fact is they don′t, some items are only covered for 3 months from new and others for 9 months. The warranty then only covers the faulty item and doesn′t usually cover an engineer to fit it, therefore if we have sold an item at cost price without a service agreement a client may need an item replacing and we would lose money
Remember: As with anything in this life, you only get what you pay for.
Our prices are fair, our agreements excellent and the support is second to none.
Much of our work specialises in the South in London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Essex and Sussex.
In the North we are excellent in Birmingham, & Manchester.
We do cover MOST of the rest of the UK but please check with us.
