The Aficio™3260C takes digital document creation to the next level. The Aficio™3260C’s oil-less toner and image transfer belt with constant feed back sensor guarantee exactly that: stable glossiness and accurate colour processing. Advanced Device Monitoring
Using Web Image Monitor, the status of networked peripherals can be monitored and checked through any common web browser. Additionally, IT managers and network administrators can set user privileges, obtain complete job statistics and restrict usage.

To finish your presentations or handouts in style, you can equip the Aficio™3260C with a 3,000-sheet finisher with either a 50- or 100-sheet stapler or a 2,000-sheet booklet finisher.

Even changing toner is straightforward: you simply slip the new toner bottle into the vertical angle receptor.

Access is fast and data processing is accelerated. Using DeskTopBinder™ Lite, you can instantly view, change, merge, finish and print stored files through a web browser anywhere, anytime.

Efficient Distribution
Distributing larger documents does not have to be time consuming. Using the ‘scan to e-mail’ function, you can send scanned files to any e-mail address in the world and use LDAP to automatically access all company e-mail addresses. Documents can also be sent to a networked client folder or delivered via an FTP server.

To eliminate industrial spying and information leaks, the Aficio™3260C comes with Ricoh’s Data Overwrite Security Unit. This optional functionality erases the temporary data on the Hard Disk Drive, without interrupting your normal workflow. Additionally, all data communication to and from the system can be encrypted, contributing to the overall security of your company network.
