Need an office printer , which printer should you choose? Options can be narrowed down to:

• A4 Mono [Black] Printers  A4 is the maximum print size usually you can also print to smaller paper sizes.
• A4 Colour Printers  A4 is the maximum print size usually you can also print to smaller paper sizes.
• A3 Mono [Black] Printers  A3 is the maximum print size usually you can also print to smaller paper sizes. Some printers will offer "oversize A3" paper input allowing you to trim the finished print and get a full edge to edge bleed.
• A3 Colour Printers  A3 is maximum print size usually you can also print to smaller paper sizes. Some printers will offer "oversize A3" paper input allowing you to trim the finished print and get a full edge to edge bleed.

In addition you will need to choose if you are linking your new printer to only 1 computer [PC] or a network. If linking to a network you will need a network ready version that is a network card must be fitted. Most manufacturers use a capital N in the model number to indicate where the unit is network ready.
