What we will ask you to do!

• Email us with your interest
• Agree a meeting where we can discuss your needs.
• Decide the extent of data you will be allowing us to work with.
• Provide the data and sufficient high-level information for us to create the required data relationships. This may take you up to 2 days face-to-face with our analysts.
• Spend no longer than 2 weeks testing and benchmarking the performance of the data warehouse after the warehouse is created for you.
• Agree that if the system is made available for ongoing analysis, then a fixed price subject to discussions may apply.

What we will do in return!

• Target proving to you that inflexibility and complexity are issues of the past with a new easy to use and flexible system.
• Respond to your email and meet with you.
• Agree data requirements for the project
• Create a Data Warehouse/RDBMS environment for you using either a subset of your data or other information.
• Set up the database and load the data
• Demonstrate to you how you can run multiple queries on your data easily and fast.
• Allow 2 weeks for you to test and benchmark the performance of the data warehouse
• Provide industry-standard tools to run queries and analyse this data for 2 weeks after the warehouse is created.  Tools may vary but typically they will include Cognos, MicroStrategy, SAS or Business Objects.
• Ensure that the test environment will be scalable to full data sizes of hundreds of terabytes and still retain the benchmarked level of performance.

What’s the guarantee from us?

• If we can’t ensure that the test environment will be scalable to full data sizes as above and still retain the benchmarked level of performance, you will pay nothing.
