For short term needs we offer rental packages from a minimum of 3 months going up to 12 months. This allows your company the flexibility of having spare computers and I.T peripherals such as printers at your disposal without the expense of purchasing.

In order to make costs as reasonable as possible equipment offered is NOT new unless agreed otherwise and is offered strictly subject to availability.

All rental equipment undergoes extensive pre-installation checks at our repair centre before and is fully supported by a next day on-site maintenance for the period of the rental. We can provide customers with equipment from major manufacturers with flexible rental periods to suit your needs. Additionally, we can arrange delivery and collection.

Due to the High cost of some consumables for peripherals such as printers many clients use this credit facility to “pre-order “quantities of consumables and drums for future use & take out extended warranties. Subject to you estimating the volume of usage accurately this can allow a reasonable budgeting forecast for the equipment and avoid large bills for consumables which are not covered under a warranty [imaging units and toners].
