colour.4 x multi-functional devices on a lease with 8 months to go, 6 x A4 all purchased equipment,
monthly volumes of 76,000 pages per month 65/35% mono/colour split.

Problems:No real problems the client was looking at possible savings in costs and environmental issues. The customer did not think they could upgrade leased machines early.

Solution: Installed 4 x multifunctional, A3 colour, 34 page per minute units with follow me print solution plus 6 x A4 print engines. Settled lease and service liabilities. Substantial energy & carbon reductions from new equipment.

Costs: Specialist LGEM (government) pricing from the manufacturer enabled equipment change and a small saving from previous costs.

Council Office

Small council office with 5 staff using 1 x 25 page per minute page per minute colour multifunctional machine plus 2 x A4 mono only units, various manufacturers.

All equipment owned, bought circa 5 years previously, low volume user.

Problems: Paper jams, slow service response, the customer was looking at new and refurbished replacements.

Solution: Installed new similar specification machines with much higher environmental credentials than competitors could offer.
